 The holiday season is now in full swing. Thanksgiving is over and we all are getting ready for Christmas and New Years. We had a great kick off at our November meeting with our firm night at Jewels by G Darrell Olson. Bonnie had the shop all decorated for Christmas and looked very festive, she even had the tables all decorated with gift bags filled with Christmas goodies and a lovely pair of earrings for everyone! Thank You Darrell and Bonnie, what a nice treat. Darrell told how his Great Grandfather started in the Jewelry business in Stockholm Sweden; they then migrated to Salt Lake City Utah. He told us more about his family and how now his Grandson is following in the family business and then introduced us to his Grandson who is now working with him. What a wonderful legacy and honor to Darrell that this long standing family tradition is being carried on. I cannot think of a better way for us to start off this holiday season that is full of so many different traditions.
