We wrapped up May on a high note with two great events. On Saturday May 22, several of our members were able to spend time with the residents of Brookdale Senior Living in Paradise Valley. This is the second year that our chapter was able to provide some fun for the residents at this community. Sue Orzechowski organized the event with Brookdale, coordinated décor and logistics and the chapter members. Linda Brooks led the charge to make all the corsages and boutonnières by hand for the residents. Jim Hannah provided the live music. Several members attended to greet the residents, chat, dance and pin on the flowers. This is such a fun event – thank you to everyone who helped make it happen again this year!
