I would like to thank Susan Fitzgerald and Michelle Smith for an outstanding April meeting. Congratulations to Southwest Gas Corporation as the winner of the Phoenix Chapter EWIE award for 2009. Southwest Gas has been a member firm for 24 years and Cheryl Boone has been the representative for 21 years. Cheryl has served in many capacities over the last 21 years and last year served as the Phoenix Chapter President. She has been very proactive in her support of EWI and was very instrumental in attaining the $5,000 donation from Southwest Gas for our ASIST Scholarship Program. Thank you, Cheryl, and Southwest Gas for all of your support to our chapter over the last 24 years.
